Fonio brings many health benefits with its broad nutritional profile. This grain is grown in West Africa and it is becoming increasingly popular in the Western cultures. It is a super healthy grain, gluten free and it can be used in cooking and in baking.

Fonio has been an important crop in some parts of Africa because it is highly nutritious, it grows very quickly and it can be grown on dry land where other crops won’t grow.
